By shopping on this website, you automatically accept the below terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that you read them thoroughly before shopping.
By placing an order at Goldsmith Kira Helmer, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
We behold the right to cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and refund for the payment that you made.
We will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.
DELIVERY TIME
At Goldsmith Kira Helmer, we strive towards providing our customers with fast delivery, we aim to send within 1 week.
Delivery on time requires that GLS keeps to their scheduled delivery. Should delays occur at GLS the shipment may not be delivered by the desired date.Goldsmith Kira Helmer is not liable for delays incurred by GLS.
SHIPPING WITHIN DENMARK
All pieces from our online shop are shipped with Danish Royal Mail and GLS. Each item is placed in an individual display box and packaged in a padded envelope.
Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience. All shipment in Denmark has Free delivery to nearest PakkeShop.

RETURN POLICY
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Just send us and email to return and enclose it in the package along with the pieces you would like to return. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Goldsmith Kira Helmer suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Goldsmith Kira Helmer will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Goldsmith Kira Helmer will only cover shipping costs incurred in returning the product(s) if the return is a result of our error.
We will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order - this is to prevent fraud!
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges
Goldsmith Kira Helmer is unable to refund customs duties and sales taxes for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Unclaimed Packages
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Goldsmith Kira Helmer reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Shopping at Goldsmith Kira Helmer, you can use the following credit cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal
We will charge your credit card once your order has been shipped from our showroom. All prices are listed in DKK and Euro and include 25 % VAT, unless the order is for a country outside the European Union. Please see the section about CUSTOMS AND VAT.
SECURE ORDERING
No personal information registered by Goldsmith Kira Helmer will be handed over, sold or otherwise made available to a third party.
All information is stored in an adequate and secure manner and is only available to trusted Goldsmith Kira Helmer team. Electronic payments are made through the secure, encrypted and PBS-approved Web-shop System. The Web-shop System employs cookies to manage the contents of your shopping bag. A cookie is just the name of a file that is saved on your PC.
It is possible to request that the system stores address information for your next order.
If you wish to delete this information at a later stage, it can be done through your browse settings. On Internet Explorer, for instance, this is done by accessing the “Function” menu and the “Internet settings” sub-item.
During the course of a purchase, we will ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information will only be used to execute your order. It is transferred and stored electronically and unencrypted for five years.
The “contract” (i.e. agreement of transaction) itself is not stored in a way which allows you to log in and see/change your status.
We register the IP-address from which the purchase is made. This information is usually not used, but can be useful in any police investigation. All fake or forged orders are reported to the police!
You can opt to have your email address registered on our mailing list enabling you to receive news and other information on a regular basis.
You can sign up to or discontinue this service any time, as you please. In accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, we provide information about registered information when requested, and delete information to the extent requested.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
If your order is placed in a country of the European Union, you will pay Danish VAT but no customs duty, in accordance with the rules governing the free movement of goods. Orders shipped from, www.kirahelmer.dk cannot be sent as gifts to countries outside of the EU in an attempt to evade local taxes and duties. If your order is placed in a country outside of the EU, Danish VAT will be subtracted from your order. However, local taxes and duties may apply, for which we cannot be held liable. If this is the case, you will be contacted by the local shipping company. Please note that this could delay your order, as the shipment might be withheld by customs. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and pay the additional costs.
